Our wedding package is designed as a three course meal served buffet style. The hors d'Oeuvres section consists of a Chef’s Table and butlered appetizers. Clients choose Six hors d' Oeuvres to have butlered (See the APPETIZERS page for options). Chef’s Table will consist of seasonal garden vegetable crudités with assorted crackers, fresh sliced fruit, cubed cheeses w. mustard and a beautiful melon carving. Followed by a plated salad, dinner buffet, and finally a dessert buffet.

Chicken Bruschetta- Roasted chicken breast topped with fresh diced tomatoes and basil in garlic cream sauce

Chicken Florentine- Sautéed chicken breast in a white wine lemon sauce topped with spinach and provolone cheese

Chicken Royale- Grilled chicken breast topped with mushrooms and shallots in a creamy garlic cream sauce

Chipotle Maple Glazed Salmon Filet-Marinated salmon seasoned with a chipotle dry rub and a maple glaze

Garlic Lemon Tilapia-Fresh tilapia filet sautéed in a garlic lemon dry rub

Seafood Melody- Jumbo shrimp, mussels, and baby scallops, in a spicy marinara or white wine lemon butter sauce 

Tuscan Penne-Roasted vegetables tossed with penne pasta, plum tomatoes in a light Puttenesca sauce 

Tortellini Gambordelli- Tri-color tortellini tossed in a basil pesto cream sauce

Vodka Blush Penne- Penne pasta tossed in a vodka and tomato cream sauce with broccoli and peas

Other charges may apply depending on head count and venue necessites.
Staffing a typical wedding requires  a minimum of eight hours of service. 
Final headcount and all changes due 7 days prior to the event
50% Deposit is required to book the date. Final payment is due 5 days before the day of the wedding. 
Wedding deposits are non-refundable within one year of the date of the event. 
**Caterer reserves the right to make any necessary substitutions if unable to secure specific items due to lack of sufficient notice or late changes. Sufficient notice for Weddings is 48 hours**
